Research & Development

NeolSyM has a Research & Development laboratory. All processes are evaluated in the laboratory before being scaled to commercial production. This allows us to fully know the development of each process, train the staff in the manufacturing area, identify the need for special personal protective equipment and find out which other plant equipment is necessary to prevent environmental pollution and to improve the process itself.
